Duties Summary

The Eligibility Worker III performs the full-range of eligibility determination work for public assistance programs, requiring specialized knowledge of public assistance programs and pertinent laws, rules, regulations and procedures. The Eligibility Worker IV conducts case reviews, quality assurance, internal reviews or validation studies of eligibility determinations, or serves as assistant supervisor of a large unit.
