Utilities & Maintenance Services Director

The City of Marysville is seeking a Utilities & Maintenance Services Director to join this dynamic public organization. The Director will have the responsibility of overseeing the vision, direction and leadership of the Utilities & Maintenance Services department to ensure optimum service delivery to the community. This position works under the direction of the City Administrator and has administrative oversight of all assigned department and division activities to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and operational initiatives. Responsibilities include formulating policies and procedures, managing daily operations, and long-range planning and programming of public facilities and utilities. Current Divisions: Water Utility, Water Quality, Water Resources, Storm / Sewer, Fleet & Facilities, Solid Waste, Parks Maintenance.
