GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Computer Systems Engineer/Architect with advanced expertise in BMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA) to lead technical design, optimization, and integration of enterprise automation solutions for a mission-critical U.S. Coast Guard program. This position will be located in Kearneysville, WV and will be a hybrid position.
Drive the design and implementation of advanced BMC TSSA architectures to support enterprise automation initiatives.
Lead complex platform upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization efforts across multi-platform environments.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for critical technical issues impacting availability and compliance.
Develop sophisticated automation frameworks using NSH, PowerShell, Python, and Bash to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee enterprise patch management strategies for Windows and Linux systems, ensuring alignment with DoD and USCG security standards.
Integrate TSSA automation into DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows to accelerate modernization and deployment cycles.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align automation solutions with organizational objectives and security mandates.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, operational procedures, and automation standards.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
