We're looking for an experienced HRIS Implementation Manager to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract, starting in October 2025. This role will report to the Director of People Transformation, Services & Talent Acquisition and is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Gousto's new HRIS platform.
You'll be leading a cross-functional project team through a pivotal transformation, from initial kick-off to go-live in October 2026. It's a brilliant opportunity to own a strategic programme with visibility at senior levels, real impact across the business, and the chance to deliver lasting change. You'll shape our system design, build strong partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers, and ensure a seamless transition for all users.
