IT Infrastructure Manager

As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of GoTo's IT infrastructure to support a fast-growing digital ecosystem. You will ensure IT services are reliable, secure, and scalable, enabling teams across the organization to work efficiently.

You will oversee core infrastructure domains including LAN/WAN, wireless networks, VPN, internet connectivity, firewalls, SD-WAN, and network security, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high availability and performance. You will also drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices, modern technologies, and stronger operational processes.

This role suits someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership and strategic thinking to build infrastructure that scales with the business.

What You Will Do

1. Design and implement corporate networks that support business operations and future scalability.
2. Manage network infrastructure performance, ensuring stable, secure, and optimized connectivity across all sites.
3. Oversee the daily operation of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
4. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to perform audits and mitigate vulnerabilities.
5. Lead or support IT infrastructure projects such as office expansions, data center upgrades, or network modernization.
6. Define task priorities and performance targets for the team.

What You Will Need

• Deep knowledge of switching, routing, firewalling, wireless technologies (such as Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.), and it's a plus point for advanced experience with Huawei or certified in CCNP
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Layer 2 technologies (VLAN, STP, EtherChannel).
• Knowledge of VPN interconnects and secure hybrid architectures
• Understanding of cloud networking
• Knowledge of network access control (ClearPass, or equivalent)
• Familiar with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration Management).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network infrastructure management
