- The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of management experience, demonstrating a strong ability to coach and develop high-performing sales or account management teams. - A successful applicant will possess at least 3 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue through account expansion and renewals. - Strong analytical skills are essential, enabling the candidate to identify trends and make data-driven decisions effectively. - The candidate should have a deep understanding of sales methodologies and be proficient in objection handling techniques. - Exceptional communication skills are necessary for engaging clients and collaborating with team members and internal stakeholders. - A results-oriented mindset is crucial, with a passion for driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding quotas. - Familiarity with CRM and sales tools, such as Hubspot and Gong, is expected. - Experience in a fast-paced startup environment will be beneficial, as the role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Previous experience selling SaaS solutions or working with e-commerce clients is highly desirable.
