- The Enterprise Account Manager will manage a portfolio of 35-50 accounts, focusing on driving growth and retention. - The role involves identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities to strategically expand accounts while meeting revenue targets. - Collaboration with the Customer Success Manager is essential to create tailored account plans that maximize customer value. - Building and nurturing relationships with executive-level stakeholders is a critical aspect of the role to ensure alignment on goals. - The Enterprise Account Manager will partner with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Legal, to deliver seamless customer experiences. - Accurate documentation of account activities, opportunities, and risks in the CRM is necessary to inform data-driven strategies. - The role may require travel for in-person meetings with clients, up to 10 weeks per year, to strengthen relationships and understand their evolving needs.

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience managing enterprise SaaS accounts, particularly those generating over $20 million in GMV. - A successful candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, particularly with C-level executives, to foster trust and long-term partnerships. - The role requires a data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze trends and leverage insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. - Candidates should be strategic problem solvers, capable of diagnosing customer pain points and developing tailored solutions. - Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients. - The candidate must be results-oriented, focused on achieving and surpassing growth and retention goals. - Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Technical proficiency with CRM and reporting tools is required, along with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies. - Adaptability and resilience are key traits, as the candidate will thrive in a startup-like setting and navigate challenges effectively.
