- Collaboration with the broader Account Management and Customer Success teams will be necessary to identify opportunities for pitching Gorgias Voice during renewals and QBRs.

- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales closing experience, particularly in acquiring SMB or Mid-Market clients.
- A strong eagerness to become a product expert, especially in cloud calling and understanding customer usage of the Voice product, is essential.
- The candidate should be tech-savvy and able to communicate technical components in a simple and effective manner to enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment is crucial for success in this role.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to move quickly and efficiently is highly valued.
