The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities include leading design programs from early concept through production, developing presentation deliverables, representing the design team in meetings and presentations to internal stakeholders, collaborating with and inspiring members of the Product, Engineering, UX/User Experience Researcher (UXR), Product Marketing, and Research teams to execute on project goals, and mentoring and guiding designers on the team.
