The Global Business Strategy and Operations (GBS&O) team is responsible for providing insightful review, perspective and direction on the strategy and operating performance of Google's Global Business Organization (GBO). Our mission is to architect and accelerate the transformation of our Global Business Organization (GBO) and partners across Ads. Global Business Strategy and Operations is part of the Global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization that ensures Google's complex business is pursuing the best strategy and executing flawlessly. Team members are experts in business strategy and operations - analytical and strategic, yet highly pragmatic and results-oriented. As a member of the Strategy and Planning team, your primary responsibility will be to define and lead global research initiatives, which involves close collaboration with executives and executive cross-functional leaders within Google's Business, Product, Engineering, Brand, and Sales organizations. Your goal is to deliver actionable insights that directly inform business decision-making and are readily implementable by executive leadership. You will achieve this by developing a deep understanding of key business objectives, identifying potential risks and challenges, and recognizing opportunities to ensure all research efforts align with and support the company's strategic goals.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
