Grow with Google is an initiative to help Americans get the skills needed to land jobs or advance in their careers, and to help our business partners find the critical talent they need. We believe opportunities created by technology should be available to everyone. Now we want to help tens-of-millions of people learn to use AI. AI is already changing the way we live and work, it will help create new jobs, strengthen economies, and drive breakthroughs in innovation. But AI's economic potential may be limited if the workforce lacks access to training. We need strategies to help students and workers benefit from this technology and gain skills for tomorrow's jobs, and we need our partners to make AI education available in communities around the country.
