Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the goal for hybrid and on-premise infrastructure by assisting in the definition and delivery of critical architecture and roadmap initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive engineers, internal managers, and external partners to influence product roadmaps and drive alignment on technical priorities.
• Partner effectively with internal organizations and external vendors to facilitate seamless integration and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Advocate user needs by translating customer feedback into engineering solutions that address infrastructure tests.
• Enhance product and engineering standards to ensure high-performance operations, while working with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of new initiatives.
