Scaled Services Lead, Google Cloud

In this role, you will demonstrate a work ethic that drives desired results, supported by experience in Sales Operations or Program Management. You must possess excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. You will be a professional who masters process and program design, maintains financial acumen, and possesses broad technical skills and a detail-oriented background.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in go-to-market Strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or goal setting.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to work on decision-making using SQL or other problem-solving approaches.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reports and presentations based on the audience, asking the right questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
  • Experience leveraging investigative skills (e.g., financial modeling, Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to solve problems, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products, and the market landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional projects and processes as a key contributor with limited guidance, and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of smaller projects.
  • Define and develop key analysis and generate executive-level insights and recommendations to address issues and in response to executive leadership requests.
  • Develop, run, and maintain business operational cadence and processes to ensure excellence and improve business performance.
  • Support regional teams to enable a common set of processes and insights.
