In this role, you will serve as the primary point of accountability and provide strategic leadership for one of Google's dynamic portfolios. You will work within the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) organization to develop a goal and strategic roadmap for your region in the Bay Area, identifying opportunities to elevate services or implement efficiencies using AI tools. You will manage service delivery through data-driven insights with a focus on enabling business needs. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day workplace operations—including Facility Operations, Food, Health and Performance (e.g., fitness), and Events—to ensure an integrated workplace experience. You will lead both Googlers and an ecosystem of extended workforce service providers to ensure service delivery by governing strategic relationships, setting objectives, and ensuring accountability. You will also ensure the San Jose workplace provides an exceptional experience through stakeholder influence and collaborative partnerships.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205,000-$285,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
