Within Google Cloud, the Sales Excellence team is responsible for driving the transformation of our Go To Market Sales teams to a culture focused on business value realization through consumption excellence and scaling field productivity. Our goal is to transform our core processes and operations into an enterprise-grade digital platform that systematically accelerates consumption growth. As a Manager of Business Program Management for Sales Excellence, you will lead a high-performing team within the GTM Strategy and Operations ecosystem. In this role, you will operate as a strategic leader and manager overseeing the business process, opportunity management, and workload operations lifecycle, with a sharp focus on maximizing consumption business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across product, sales, engineering, change management, and enablement to deploy the tools, processes, and systems required to scale field productivity. Empowering our sellers and channel partners with actionable data, insights, and learning is core to this role. As a people manager, you will partner with executive leadership to navigate complex project statuses, monitor critical timelines, and drive business judgment to support strategic initiatives across the Cloud organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
