The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Act as a strategic partner to the business supporting leadership on service transformations, operational excellence, organizational initiatives and helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership's strategic goal.
Partner with gTech leadership team to drive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy initiatives as well as operational expertise.
Build consensus among cross-functional teams and consult decision making within executive-level audiences.
Structure and lead operational improvement initiatives through implementation. Identify and resolve issues impacting business.
Lead a team to deliver on all strategic and operational priorities by managing priorities proactively, providing clear ongoing communication, and helping the team navigate ambiguity and large change programs.
