The Go-to-Market (GTM) Programs Lead focuses on the critical intersection between Google Cloud Platform's Engineering and Sales functions. In this role, you will be a strategic leader responsible for identifying, designing, and landing cross-functional solutions that improve alignment, operational excellence, and outcomes between Sales and Engineering. We will measure the success of the GTM Programs Lead by the effectiveness and efficiency of the solutions (mechanisms and programs) that they design and land in partnership with GTM and Engineering leaders.
Responsibilities include identifying the best opportunities for improving alignment and business performance between Engineering and Sales, designing, implementing, and managing new programs and mechanisms to streamline collaboration, creating transparency, and accelerating outcomes. Partner with technical and operations teams to define requirements for tooling integrations, creating more seamless workflows for both organizations. Develop, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for process effectiveness and efficiency, reporting on progress to executive leadership and managing a culture of continuous improvement.
