The Scaled Abuse Escalations team oversees and manages escalations in parallel with Rapid Response. As an Escalations Program manager, you will work across Trust and Safety and YouTube to ensure that we address escalations through an adversarial abuse lens. You will manage escalations, creating a pathway to resolution, and communicating with key stakeholders as well as our executive team. You will develop preventative solutions to address future escalations and to plan for major events.
This role may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content during team escalations in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines. The role also requires the ability to participate in an On-Call rotation schedule to manage high priority escalations that may occur outside of standard non-work hours including weekends/holidays.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$194,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
