They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. Trust & Safety is Google's team of abuse fighting and user trust experts working daily to make the internet a safer place. We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google's products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.

Responsibilities:

• Build a new Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based capability leveraging the Transformers-based detection system to evolve and automate Incident Response, while generating threat intelligence that is related to protect Google accounts.
• Transform and automate team processes by developing AI Agents. Automate operational workload like alert generation and incident analysis, using techniques derived from Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Model (LLMs), operations research.
• Apply the threat intelligence to be ready to respond to new adversarial campaigns. Manage the response to incidents aiming Google Accounts, including the response in case of incidents.
• Work together with the Operations team to scale the operational work required to protect Google accounts, such as managing low-severity escalations and alerts, and maintaining the quality.
