As the Google Cloud partnership leader for the relationship with Salesforce, you will develop and drive Google Cloud's strategy and execution to create new joint solutions and offerings and be responsible for the success of the entire go-to-market motion. You will lead a team of Partnership Development Managers (PDMs) and partner engineers, and will collaborate with peers in Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Engineering organizations to ensure alignment with Google Cloud's strategy and growth, launch and manage new initiatives that deepen the partnership with Salesforce across Google Cloud solution areas.
You will work across the different Salesforce teams, with the focus on building new joint solutions and creating new go-to-market opportunities, unlocking incremental revenue streams for Google Cloud and for Salesforce, and continuously strive for partner satisfaction.
In this role, you will build strategic relationships with the Salesforce executive suite, with their product and sales organization, with their channel partners and ensure there is a strong alignment between them and the Google Cloud executive team. You will be expected to be a collaborative thought leader that delivers growth and success across multi-channel motions, existing and emerging routes to market for Google Cloud and our partner. You will operate in a global capacity, spanning all geographies, and having 360 degree accountability for the partnership with Salesforce.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$369,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
