Account Executive, Mid Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions (Mandarin, English)

Google Customer Solutions Sales teams are trusted advisors who maintain a focus on customer success. The Mid-Market Sales team is a critical growth engine for customers in GCS, which looks after the various sized customers with a focused approach with multiple supporting specialist teams. In this role, you will be dedicated to helping customers achieve their business goals and marketing objectives by providing comprehensive Google advertising solutions as well as other digital solutions.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Responsibilities:

  • Establish a partnership with executives and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
  • Manage a group of businesses by understanding what promotes, grows, and identifies opportunities for growth, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for growth.
  • Prioritize and deliver an excellent customer experience to Google's advertisers.
  • Coach teammates in the organization to expand skills that cultivate customers growth and contribute to overall team success.
  • Generate plans by collaborating with specialists, Engineers and Product teams, and define business goals, strategies, and metrics for success.
