This role is at the heart of how we build trust, loyalty, and long-lasting partnerships with our customers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in shaping how Goodyear is experienced every day by our B2C customers in the Car Channel and Retail sector.

Your work will directly influence both customer satisfaction and business success. By nurturing relationships, understanding customer needs, and creating meaningful value, you help strengthen Goodyear's presence in your district and support sustainable growth — for our customers, our team, and our brand.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of sales development for Goodyear products within your dedicated district across Car Channel and Retail
• Drive sales performance and achieve agreed sales and financial targets with confidence and care
• Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with B2C customers
• Re-activate former customers while continuously developing and expanding the existing customer portfolio
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and offering thoughtful, tailored solutions
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Use CRM systems and sales data to plan activities, follow up, and create structure in your work

What You'll Bring

• 2–5 years of experience within car trading and/or retail
• Proven experience in developing customer portfolios and building new relationships
• A strong customer focus with a service-minded, empathetic approach
• Independence, flexibility, and a natural curiosity to learn and grow
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to connect with different stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset — you enjoy being part of a team and supporting shared success
• Fluency in both Danish and English
• Solid experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
• A valid driver's license
