Ensure service provider activities approval compliance with internal policies and contractual criteria, and tire policy requirements agreed with Fleet Mobility customers and service providers. Define, prepare, and maintain KPIs and reporting tools to track success rates and identify deviations. Oversee the automated job approval process, support enhancements, and recommend adaptations to improve efficiency and profitability. Process service provider activities that fall outside predefined rules or contract criteria. Analyze cases and coordinate next steps with Fleet Service Technicians.
Job Approval – on-time review and approval job recording related to tire services and fitments, for regular services and breakdowns in PPK. Verify the necessity of the job and ensure alignment with organizational and contractual guidelines. In charge of monitoring on time execution and escalation of any deviation if required
Coordination with Goodyear internal field functions (Network & Service, Sales team) for uncertain/critical cases Audit - align on random and/or specific case-based checks and controls with the technical team in the field
Define and prepare KPI/reporting to monitor success and deviation.
Optimization of the job approval flow - define criteria's, codes and processes to support a maximized automatic approval
Compliance and Regulations - Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, internal policies related to mileage control and job approvals
Determine best practice, coach and train to ensure a standard and common approach through EMEA job approvals and lead Continuous improvement. Document processes.
Bachelor's degree in business or IT, with 5–7 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Supply Chain professional, Business Process Expert, or in Manufacturing/Quality roles
Experience in cross-functional roles, with background or strong interest in the commercial truck tyre and automotive industry
Experience with systems such as FOS, eJob, and SAP, with reporting tools (Cognos, Power BI, Tableau) considered an asset
Tire knowledge, with reporting tool skills considered an asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on critical cases with technicians
Ability to develop and implement new processes cross-functionally and collaborate across multiple functions and multicultural regions
Fluent in English; any other European language is an asset
