The Quality Coordinator ensures product and process excellence by applying technical expertise, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with ISO/IATF standards and customer requirements.

What You Will Do

• Lead product and process improvements using quality engineering tools and company standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, product, and process requirements, including ISO/IATF standards
• Interpret customer requirements and align them with operational execution
• Oversee laboratory testing, audits (LPA), and data integrity
• Identify risks, solve problems, and coach teams on Plant Optimization (PO) and quality practices

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025, and IATF 16949
• Experience in laboratory testing, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence teams
• Clear and effective communication
• Team-oriented and adaptable
