Our role of Project Engineer Mechanical Engineering offers you the opportunity to work independently on changes in the field of production facilities in tire manufacturing. Bring your experience in project coordination and mechanical engineering to contribute successfully to us.
What You Will Do
- Planning and executing complex technical projects in the field of production facilities for tire manufacturing
- Creating designs for the construction of machines using modern 3D CAD software from the concept to the finished individual part drawing
- Considering internal and external requirements regarding machine safety, environmental protection, and product quality
- Close collaboration with all relevant partners within the organization, such as occupational safety, production, purchasing, and manufacturing technology
- Effective communication and reporting in all project phases
- Identifying new technologies and improvements (technology benchmarking)
What You Bring
- Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering
- Several years of experience in the field of machine construction, e.g., in special machinery construction
- Several years of experience in working on technical projects in interdisciplinary teams, ideally also as a project leader
- Broad technical expertise and willingness to learn new procedural technologies
- Self-confident, committed demeanor and good communication skills
- Decisive, results-oriented working style with a strong sense of customer orientation
- Fluent German and solid English skills in speech and writing
