You will develop and implement annual plans for hourly associates. You will coordinate with labor trainers and HR/Training teams to ensure timely recertification.
You will drive plant optimization through training delivery, skill gap analysis, assessments, and module creation.
You will collaborate with Plant CSD/POL teams to meet compliance requirements and align with AOP targets.
You will ensure manpower availability, manage contract billing accurately, reduce absenteeism, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
You will handle disciplinary actions related to safety and quality. You will support statutory compliance, including permits and licenses, to maintain business continuity.
You will assist in welfare activities, maintain MIS, and support plant audits.
