Reporting & Analytics Specialist-Global HR Services

As a Reporting & Analytics Specialist-Global HR Services, you will play a critical role in strengthening Goodyear's HR reporting foundation across the globe. You will support Global HR Services, People Analytics, and HR stakeholders by delivering reliable data, enabling self-service analytics, and ensuring consistent reporting practices. This role also leads key EMEA processes including headcount planning and Sales Incentive Payment calculations helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Enable self-service reporting by training HR stakeholders and maintaining global reporting standards.
  • Streamline reporting processes through automation, standardization, and accurate documentation.
  • Support workforce planning and ad-hoc reporting while ensuring strong data governance and regional consistency.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system adoption by partnering with HRIS teams, conducting audits, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Develop and improve reporting tools through automated dashboards and participation in governance for system updates.
  • Support process improvements by staging, testing, and implementing changes while bridging HRIS, People Analytics, and HR Services.
  • Administer and manage Sales Incentive Plans across EMEA, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze incentive data and prepare reports, resolving inquiries and collaborating with Finance, Sales, and other teams for data validation.
  • Maintain documentation and drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall incentive management.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, compensation, or other data-driven roles, plus 1+ year in HR (administration, payroll, or related functions).
  • High proficiency in Excel, MS Office Suite, and HR systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
