As an HR Business Partner, you will shape Goodyear's Human Capital strategy for the Commercial PBU at the EMEA region. You will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and an inclusive culture to enable the business to achieve its goals.
Design and implement effective organization structures aligned with business needs.
Coach and empower leaders, championing a culture of feedback, growth, and inclusion.
Advise on employee and labor relations, ensuring fair treatment while protecting company interests.
Guide talent management processes, including succession planning, capability building, and acquisitions.
Partner on change management initiatives, fostering transparent communication and associate engagement.
Collaborate with COEs and the SSC team to deliver integrated HR solutions across the associate lifecycle.
Strong consulting and coaching skills, influencing leaders at different levels.
Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining engagement and performance.
Experience in employee/labor relations and talent management in matrix organizations.
Strategic mindset with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
Proven HR business partner experience in a similar industry or client-facing role in complex regional or matrix organization.
Demonstrated success in coaching leaders and driving organizational effectiveness.
Experience managing employee/labor relations in compliance with applicable laws.
Track record of delivering talent management initiatives across diverse teams.
Strong collaboration skills across HR landscape, partnering with peers, Center of Excellence and Shared Services.
Experience with change management programs.
Exposure to international or cross-functional business environments.
Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce planning tools.
