As a Fleet Services Back Office Specialist, you will manage the loading and administration of fleet contracts while supporting fleet service providers and customers, with a strong focus on creating and maintaining vehicle assets in Salesforce. It includes full ownership of master data for FOS fleets – such as customers, vendors, contracts, pricing, vehicles, and tire inventories – and requires regular manual updates aligned with vehicle movements and hardware or tire installations. The role also tracks a high volume of monthly tire changes and follows up with customers and service providers regarding unauthorized jobs or fleet update confirmations. Additionally, it ensures sub assets are created according to installation protocols, particularly during decommissioning, damage assessments, and component swaps.
