Why This Role Matters
As a Customer Service Representative for Key Accounts, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for strategic customers across the region. You will manage the full Order-to-Cash process, ensuring flawless execution, reliable communication, and value-added service. Your work directly influences customer satisfaction, delivery performance, forecast accuracy, and business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships in a dynamic, international environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer orders end-to-end: order entry, tracking, confirmation and follow-up
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned key accounts and ensure service levels are met
- Monitor customer forecasts, identify deviations and support forecast accuracy and sales stability
- Handle customer claims (logistics, returns, pricing, quality) using SAP QM and drive timely resolution
- Coordinate delivery planning with logistics to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
- Identify and suggest opportunities to improve customer service and operational effectiveness
- Support sales by offering alternative products and maximizing order fulfillment
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP (order management and quality management), MS Office and reporting tools
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
- Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Experience in automotive or industrial environments
- Tire or product knowledge, or interest in developing this skill
- Familiarity with supply chain and order-to-cash processes.
