As a Customer Service Engineer, you will lead customer service operations in your work area for both Consumer and Farm customers. You'll handle customer complaints from OE and Replacement customers with professionalism and care. You will maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and trust. You will also train the channel on processes and tyre technology, empowering them with knowledge and skills and will support OE and dealers on sales and service activities, driving customer satisfaction and business success.
