The Role

We are looking for a Director of Engineering to guide our engineering organization through a period of innovation and scale. As a senior leader, you will set the direction for our technical strategy, partner with cross-functional leaders to align on priorities, and inspire a culture of engineering excellence. You'll balance strategic vision with pragmatic execution, ensuring our platform evolves into a world-class, scalable, and data-driven learning experience.

What You Will Do:

• Define and communicate the long-term technical vision and roadmap in alignment with company strategy.
• Partner with product, design, and data leaders to ensure engineering efforts accelerate business impact and user value.
• Build and scale a multi-disciplinary engineering organization, nurturing leaders and teams to thrive in a culture of ownership and innovation.
• Drive architectural decisions and infrastructure evolution to support a secure, resilient, and mobile-first platform.
• Champion modern engineering practices, including agile development, platform observability, and data-informed decision-making.
• Serve as a key voice in cross-company strategy discussions, advocating for technical opportunities and trade-offs.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning, inclusion, and excellence across the engineering organization.
