Are you interested in seeing how new food products come to life – from the first recipe idea to the supermarket shelf?

Then you are in the right place!

We are looking for mandatory interns to support our team in product development and gain insights into sales and market launch.

About Us

GOOD BANK stands for modern ready-to-eat food and was founded in 2017 with the world's first vertical farm-to-table restaurant in Berlin.

Today, you can find our bowls and snacks in over 700 supermarkets (e.g., REWE, EDEKA, Kaufland) as well as with partners like Wolt or Knuspr.

Our team works hands-on, directly, and with short paths – so you are with us from the beginning close to product development, production, and distribution.

Tasks

• Assistance in product and recipe development (e.g., new bowls, dressings, snacks)
• Support in tests and tastings in the kitchen and production
• Research on food trends and market environment
• Assistance in production-related quality assurance (temperature, incoming goods checks, etc.)
• Creation of presentations and sales materials (e.g., with Canva)
• Support in market launches of new products (e.g., preparing sample deliveries, documenting feedback)
• Research and identification of new sales channels (retail, foodservice, catering)
• Support in daily sales operations

Qualification

• Enrolled student in food technology, oecotrophology, nutritional science, business administration, marketing, or a comparable field
• Enthusiasm for food and new concepts
• First experiences with tools like Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, or recipe calculation are a plus
• Hands-on mentality, independent working style (also remote)
• Fluent in German and English
