Key Account Manager (KAM) For Important Multinational Company

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) for an important multinational company, leader in its category.

The selected person will be responsible for the growth and development of brands within the assigned accounts, driving profitability, visibility, and fulfillment of commercial objectives.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies that strengthen the sales, distribution, and visibility foundations in key accounts.
  • Lead the planning of prices, displays, and trade marketing activities.
  • Manage investment plans and sales forecasts, ensuring an optimal return aligned with company protocols.
  • Analyze the competition (price, product, promotions, and distribution) to define competitive strategies by category and segment.
  • Monitor performance indicators (volume, sales, investment, and contribution margin) for each account.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the definition and execution of comprehensive commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Engineering, Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum three years in trade marketing, sales, finance, or key account management.
  • Key Skills: Analytical capacity and results focus.
  • Experience in managing strategic accounts and budgets.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence key clients.
  • Solid knowledge of commercial indicators and return on investment (ROI).
  • Advanced English.
