Human Resources Manager

1. Responsible for the effectiveness of human resources, industrial relations, security, safety management, and general affairs functions in an integrated manner, so that human resource development, conducive work environment, and company asset security are achieved with efficient operational costs. 2. Responsible for implementing employee recruitment according to company needs. 3. Responsible for implementing employee training and development according to the established plan. 4. Coordinating the effective and objective implementation of the performance management process including performance planning, performance coaching, and performance review. 5. Coordinating and monitoring the effective and efficient implementation of general services and company asset maintenance. 6. Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of general services (general services) and administrative services (administrative services) related to the environment, facilities, and employee work needs to support the smooth operation of employee activities. 7. Maintaining harmonious industrial relations including building relationships with SPSI, Disnaker, and other related parties and handling any industrial relations problems. 8. Responsible for implementing company security maintenance including establishing a security system evaluation, improving the ability/competence of security personnel. 9. Responsible for compiling, implementing, monitoring, and developing the health and safety work environment system of employees in accordance with applicable industry standards. 10. Responsible for implementing discipline and developing subordinates' competencies. 11. Coordinating the HR & GA team to achieve respective KPIs. 12. Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment) and cleanliness at the workplace. 13. Responsible for maintaining and ensuring that company regulations and obligations can be carried out with full awareness in line with the rights received by employees. 14. Maintaining and ensuring that work discipline is carried out with full awareness. 15. Maintaining and ensuring the cleanliness of the workplace and surrounding environment (including managing process waste). 16. Reporting problems related to Food/Feed Safety Management System (if any) to the Food/Feed Safety Coordinator. 17.
