Your responsibilities:
Selling the services
Organizing and planning the services "Our Gold Services"
Updating and coordinating all involved departments for the provided services
Customer reception, managing all requests or complaints in a professional manner
Coordinating the payment of customers-passengers based on the current pricing policy
Updating the information systems regarding the services performed
Timely updating the department head for any problems in the management of customers-passengers
Essential qualifications for candidates:
High School diploma
B2 level English (First Certificate in English or equivalent)
Desired second foreign language
Desired prior experience in a similar position or in the customer service sector
Familiarity with computers
