As an AI Engineer, you will work alongside engineers (junior to staff) to have a direct impact on Gojob's core products and support the company's social growth. For the past two years, Gojob has developed its AI Engineer Career Path to create reliable AI systems in production, operated at the same quality level as traditional software components. You will focus on critical scalability, reliability, and delivery issues within teams driving Gojob's growth. By creating strong synergies within the recruitment ecosystem (France Travail, Formation, Emploi), you will play a key role in transforming the company through AI and adopting an AI-engineering mindset (code tools, quality, engineering flow).
In terms of tech stack, we use the best standards evolving continuously (AI-sdk, Mastra notably). We use TypeScript on the frontend, backend, and AI Engineering. Harnesses are positioned and evolve to ensure a high level of code quality by leveraging agentic development tools (Claude Code). The team uses Gitlab for source code and CI/CD. The platform is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Kubernetes). We store millions of data on adapted systems like PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or BigQuery. We use Langfuse for observability and LiteLLM as an LLM calls platform.
