Your Role:

As an AI Engineer, you will work alongside engineers (junior to staff) to have a direct impact on Gojob's core products and support the company's social growth. For the past two years, Gojob has developed its AI Engineer Career Path to create reliable AI systems in production, operated at the same quality level as traditional software components. You will focus on critical scalability, reliability, and delivery issues within teams driving Gojob's growth. By creating strong synergies within the recruitment ecosystem (France Travail, Formation, Emploi), you will play a key role in transforming the company through AI and adopting an AI-engineering mindset (code tools, quality, engineering flow).

Your Responsibilities:

• Development & Architecture: Develop complex features and maintain critical agentic systems while challenging technical choices to propose concrete improvements.
• Strategy & Impact: Collaborate closely with Product to prioritize high-impact topics and contribute to the integration of AI in both products and daily engineering practices.
• Outreach: Actively participate in developing Gojob's AI expertise both internally and with the external community.

In terms of tech stack, we use the best standards evolving continuously (AI-sdk, Mastra notably). We use TypeScript on the frontend, backend, and AI Engineering. Harnesses are positioned and evolve to ensure a high level of code quality by leveraging agentic development tools (Claude Code). The team uses Gitlab for source code and CI/CD. The platform is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Kubernetes). We store millions of data on adapted systems like PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or BigQuery. We use Langfuse for observability and LiteLLM as an LLM calls platform.

Your Profile:

Are you our future AI Engineer?

• You have 2 to 8 years of experience in Software Engineering with strong technical expertise. You have chosen to delve into AI Engineering for at least the past two years.
• You are very hands-on, with an ability to handle complex topics from end to end.
• You are user & impact-driven: you understand the product and business challenges behind your technical choices.
• You are comfortable in demanding environments, with critical and high-volume systems.
• You wish to actively participate in transforming the way products are developed and to pass on your AI-Engineering expertise to other business units.
• The position is based in Aix en Provence.
