Provide after sales service and CRM support for GoGo Energy Service

What You Will Deliver

Handle inquiries through inbound calls and other platforms, including account management and general inquiries.
Support daily operations administration such as fuel card application process, letter preparation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, fostering business growth.
Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for management review.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Who You Are

Form 5 / DSE graduate or above with a minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in CS/administration
Mature with a positive attitude, resilient, aggressive, self-motivated, and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail.
A good team player with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Candidates with strong telesales skills will be considered for the role of Sales & Service Executive
