As a Sales Supervisor at Flight Club, you will oversee daily operations while leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise in sneaker and streetwear fashion, combined with your leadership skills, will be instrumental in driving store performance and team engagement.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist the Sales Floor Manager/Store Manager with all aspects of the store functions; opening, closing, scheduling, staffing, store upkeep, updating and sending reports
  • Lead by example and assist in fostering a winning culture mentality
  • Direct and monitor all sales activities to ensure operating and sales goals are met
  • Lead and support selling on the floor, front-of-house operations and team touch-bases
  • Develop exceptional customer relationships and a best-in-class sales culture that raises the bar
  • Mentor and instruct team members on Flight Club's WAVE training to ensure delivery of excellent customer service, product knowledge and brand history
  • Implement and create store benchmarks with a clearly defined succession plan
  • Support business growth and leadership by analyzing and communicating key financial data, monitoring operating efficiencies and identifying business trends/opportunities

We are looking for:

  • 2+ years of sales management/supervisor experience in the retail/service industry
  • Passion and knowledge of sneakers and fashion
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable sales results
  • Experienced and able to quickly adapt and react positively to business needs and changes
  • Detailed, organized and have excellent time management
  • Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
