✨ About The Role

- The role involves proactively planning all operational processes, including scheduling and training associates. - Leadership is required to ensure team objectives related to quality, safety, and expense management are met. - The candidate will monitor quality control of inbound and outbound processes to ensure compliance with procedures and service level agreements. - Responsibilities include executing operational 'Open and Close' procedures of the store and assisting with order fulfillment and store support activities. - The position requires managing supply inventory and replenishment to support shipping and other business operations. - Maintaining organization and cleanliness of all warehouse areas and workstations is a key responsibility. - The candidate will assist in promoting a positive on-site culture and uphold Flight Club's core values.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a parcel carrier facility, distribution center, or warehouse environment. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role is essential for this position. - The candidate should possess training and experience in Loss Prevention tactics to ensure safety and security within the facility. - Flexibility and a willingness to communicate effectively with team members are crucial for success in this role. - The ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods is necessary for the physical demands of the job. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is considered a plus, enhancing communication within a diverse team.
