- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a parcel carrier facility, distribution center, or warehouse environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role is essential for this position.
- The candidate should possess training and experience in Loss Prevention tactics to ensure safety and security within the facility.
- Flexibility and a willingness to communicate effectively with team members are crucial for success in this role.
- The ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods is necessary for the physical demands of the job.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is considered a plus, enhancing communication within a diverse team.
