In GN's Digital, Data & Information Technology area we are +500 colleagues working across the globe. With the focus on enhancing the operation and maintenance of the global IT Infrastructure we are looking for new colleagues with wide knowledge and experience.

We are developing and running many platforms and technologies such as network, servers on-prem and in cloud, databases, backup/restore, communication & collaboration, identity & access, end user devices, IT service management and cybersecurity.

You will primarily be part of the Unified Identity Management Team which are responsible for managing our Active Directory, Entra ID, and Office 365 environments, but be included in an IT operations team in Poland, lead by a local IT operations manager.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Operate and administer Active Directory at scale: user lifecycle, GPOs, replication, trusts and DR.
  • Administer Entra ID/Azure AD: tenant configuration, hybrid identity, conditional access and identity protection.
  • Configure and maintain SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth/OIDC).
  • Maintain Exchange Online and use Defender for Office 365 for mail investigations, header analysis, email authentication and policy enforcement.
  • Manage PKI and DNS services and operate DFS where applicable.
  • Build and maintain PowerShell scripts, runbooks and automation (including Azure Automation where relevant).
  • Participate in incident response, major incident management and 24/7 on-call rotations.
  • Document changes, produce and maintain runbooks, and deliver handovers/training for teams and end users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure and scalable identity solutions.

To thrive in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Minimum 8 years' direct experience in identity operations.
  • Deep practical experience with:
  • Active Directory (design, administration, replication, DR)
  • Entra ID / Azure AD (tenant administration, hybrid identity)
  • PowerShell for automation and operational tooling
  • DNS administration, delegation and problem resolution
  • DFS implementation and support
  • Experience operating in a 24/7 environment with on-call duties and incident response.
  • Problem-solving skills, diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in an international context.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Additional/desired skills (basic administration and some experience in):

  • Azure Automation (runbooks, automation accounts)
  • PKI administration (certificate lifecycle and CA operations)
  • Exchange Online and Defender for Office 365
  • Basic Azure infrastructure knowledge (VMs, networking, hybrid connectivity)
  • Windows Server administration (installation, patching, roles/features)
