Confidently deliver high-quality test strategies and implementation, applying critical thinking to products, requirements, and processes.
Definite test strategies according to each client and business needs.
Create and write test plans, defining how tests will be structured and communicated.
Work closely with clients.
Have professional test engineering experience— we're thinking at least 5 years.
Apply various types of testing methodologies and work collaboratively on implementation.
Help mentor and coach a project team towards shared goals and outcomes.
Navigate difficult conversations by providing constructive feedback to teams and clients.
You'll identify obstacles to ensure quality, improve our user experience and how we build tests.
Self-aware of limitations, yet curious to learn new solutions while being receptive to constructive feedback from teammates.
You'll guide your team to understand and work through changing priorities by bringing positive energy.
Communicate and simplify complex problems in order to foster understanding across multidisciplinary teams.
Apply your knowledge and findings at an organizational scale.
Experience with testing methodologies and implementation.
Strong communication skills to clearly articulate testing approaches and decisions to both clients and teammates.
Solid professional programming experience and understanding of software architecture.
Proven experience architecting and maintaining robust automated testing suites, primarily for web and API platforms.
Hands-on experience using Cypress.io and Selenium for automation.
Strong understanding of API testing and integration validation across services.
Advocate for SDLC best practices and quality-driven development processes.
Agile development experience is assumed and expected.
Demonstrated ability to recommend effective test strategies and tools for specific platform challenges.
Passion for writing reliable, secure, and scalable code — ensuring systems remain stable and high-performing.
Experience mentoring teammates, conducting code reviews, and participating in pair programming sessions.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Have worked with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
