- Experienced software engineer with over 7 years of experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles
- Strong background in backend development and distributed systems environments, with a preference for those with payments-related experience
- Excellent communicator who can effectively coordinate across teams and make decisions rooted in business context
- Skilled in developing long-term roadmaps and technical visions to tackle complex user problems
- Thrives in a collaborative environment, continuously learning and growing to improve both personal and team performance
