✨ About The Role
- The Senior Software Engineer will own projects from design to implementation, collaborating with stakeholders and other engineers to ensure business impact, reliability, operability, and security
- Responsibilities include breaking down epics and projects, producing high-quality code, and architecting tools, services, and systems using well-accepted design patterns
- The role involves collaborating with product managers, product design, and other cross-functional stakeholders on roadmap initiatives, product ideation, and prioritization
- Upholding best practices and high standards for engineering and product quality, as well as mentoring newer team members to do the same
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with a minimum of 5 years in the industry, capable of leading and owning end-to-end product development and impactful technology initiatives
- Proficient in React or relevant web technologies and working in a collaborative environment with different functions and stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and has a passion for self-improvement and mentoring others
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
