- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about self-improvement and mentoring others
- Open to learning new languages and technologies, with a strong foundation in Ruby, Kotlin, Typescript, and React
- Enthusiastic about upholding best practices in engineering, maintaining high product quality, and mentoring team members to do the same
