✨ About The Role
- Responsible for improving marketing attribution systems and analyzing customer acquisition funnels to enhance the efficiency of the growth strategy
- Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing to optimize marketing metrics and KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and payback period
- Own and enhance the geo-lift testing program and media mix model to drive data-informed decision-making
- Partner with Data Platform and Analytics teams to implement analytical frameworks and testing structures across the data stack
- Operate in a hybrid work environment with 2 days per week in the New York City office

- Experienced marketing professional with a strong analytical background, particularly in marketing analytics or science roles
- Proficient in statistical analysis, including regression, A/B testing, and media mix modeling
- Skilled in SQL and Python with a demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets
- Strong communication and project management skills, able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excited about contributing to a high-growth company and willing to take on foundational work to drive growth
