✨ About The Role
- Lead the development and implementation of People strategies including performance management, resource risk mitigation, compensation and rewards, and succession planning
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders, providing strategic HR/People guidance to drive business success
- Drive organizational design efforts, optimizing structures, roles, and responsibilities in partnership with leaders
- Oversee complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and providing guidance
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs, coaching managers and leaders on effective people management

- Experienced HR professional with 5-7 years of progressively responsible HR/People experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup
- Skilled in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving strategic business impact through people initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people and organizational data effectively
- Proven track record in coaching leaders, driving organizational development and change, and advising on team building and growth
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
