✨ About The Role
- Responsible for improving the quality of analysis and decision-making on the Go-to-Market team
- Design experiments to test marketing initiatives and improve funnel conversion rates
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and payback period
- Collaborate with various marketing teams to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with Data Platform and Analytics teams to implement analytical frameworks across the data stack
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in marketing analytics at a D2C or SaaS company
- Proficiency in SQL and Python is required
- Strong communication and project management skills are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to take on foundational work
- Familiarity with dbt, Looker, or data visualization tools is preferred
