✨ About The Role
- The role involves providing customer support throughout the entire customer journey, resolving issues primarily via phone and text
- Building product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and become a brand advocate
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve company goals such as customer acquisition and retention
- Identifying areas of improvement to enhance customer support resources
- Working remotely from anywhere in Canada with varying work hours, either Monday-Friday 10:00am-8:00pm EST or Tuesday-Saturday 11:00pm-7:00pm EST

- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a track record of driving customer satisfaction and meeting performance standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various communication styles
- Ability to work well in a team, self-starting in a fast-paced startup environment
- Prior experience in providing personalized support and building strong customer relationships
- A proactive problem solver with a focus on delivering value to customers
