Le Support Software est le garant de la maintenance et de l'évolution des logiciels Glory. Son rôle consiste à répondre aux besoins des Clients.

Responsabilités Principales

Développement

  • Gestion des dĂ©veloppements en interne
  • Aide aux dĂ©veloppements des clients et partenaires dans l'interfaçage de nos solutions Hardware
  • Maintenance des dĂ©veloppements existants
Déploiement de solutions
  • Aide au dĂ©ploiement ou aux mises Ă  jour des solutions
  • RĂ©alisation de scripts
Bases de données
  • SQL Server
  • Postgres
  • SQL Lite
Analyse de remontées clients et centre d'appel
  • Gestion des incidents et suivi
  • Communication avec les Ă©quipes au Japon
  • Analyse de log, dĂ©termination des causes et proposition de solutions
Assistance technique à l'équipe commerciale et clients, collaboration avec l'équipe support
  • RĂ©daction de documentation
  • Formations (dont rĂ©alisation de supports)

Formations, Expériences Et Compétences

Formations

De formation supérieure en informatique, Bac +5.

Expériences

Justifier d'une expérience minimum de 4 à 5 ans dans le domaine. Les profils juniors sont également acceptés.

  • .Net (notamment C#)
  • C++ (maintenance d'existants Visual studio 6.0 / mfc)
  • Windev, Java (pour support aux partenaires)

  • Concepts rĂ©seau (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
